Warranty
Year one — we replace it. A manufacturing fault in the first twelve months and we send you a new unit. Send a short video first so we can tell a fault from accidental damage.
Year two — parts, free. In the second year we supply replacement parts at no cost and walk you through fitting them. Most faults in a panel are a driver or a fan, not the array.
Stated plainly. Two years, and we tell you exactly what each year covers. The LEDs are rated past 100,000 hours, but a component rating is not a warranty and we will not present it as one.
How it works
Six wavelengths. Three depths.
Most panels give you two wavelengths and call it full spectrum. This one runs red and near-infrared independently or together, so you can match the protocol to what you are actually trying to change.
The surface
Absorbed in skin and just beneath it. Collagen and circulation — structural tissue, not cosmetic finish.
The depth
Near-infrared passes through to muscle, joint and connective tissue. Three bands rather than one, because depth is not a single number.
Deeper still
The longest wavelength in the array, reaching furthest into tissue. Rare at this size of panel.

Nothing, and that is correct
You will not feel a difference. What you are building is the habit — fifteen minutes, most days, at the same time.
Recovery, first
The earliest change most men report is how they feel the day after training. Soreness that clears sooner. Sleep that holds.

Roughly where clinical studies measure their endpoints, and where a daily protocol stops being an experiment and becomes a baseline.

How long before I notice anything?
Four weeks for recovery-related changes, around twelve weeks before it becomes a baseline. Nothing meaningful happens in week one.
How long is a session?
Fifteen minutes, most days, at 15 to 30cm. The built-in timer runs to thirty minutes. Longer is not better — light therapy has a dose window.
What does 190 mW/cm² actually mean?
It is how much light energy lands on each square centimetre of you at 15cm from the panel. It is the number that decides your dose. It falls as you move away, which is why the distance has to be stated alongside it — a figure on its own is unusable for comparison.
Is it safe for my eyes?
Do not look directly into the array. Eye protection guidance is included. If you have an eye condition or take photosensitising medication, speak to a doctor first.
Does it flicker, and does it emit EMF?
No flicker, and 0 µT measured at 7.5cm. Both are published because both are common complaints in this category and almost nobody states them.
How loud is the fan?
52 dB at 15cm — roughly a quiet conversation. There is one fan. We publish it rather than let you find out.
What exactly does the warranty cover?
Two years. In year one a manufacturing fault means we replace the unit. In year two we supply parts free and guide the repair. We ask for a short video first so we can distinguish a fault from accidental damage. That is the whole policy, stated in full.
