Refund and Returns Policy

Returns
We want you to be confident in your AIONMEN purchase. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, the unit must be unused, in its original packaging, with all cables, accessories and documentation included.
To start a return, email contact@aionmen.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send you return instructions, including the return address.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Products marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Any item returned after the 14-day window
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned unit, we will notify you of the outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the unit arrived defective or you received the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your panel arrives defective or you received the wrong item, contact contact@aionmen.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Warranty Claims
Issues that fall outside the 14-day return window may still be covered under our two-year warranty. See the Warranty section on the product page, or contact contact@aionmen.com to start a claim.
